The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent dated 13.06.2019 in Appeal No.2 of 2019 and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to issue license in the name of the writ petitioner in respect of Balaji Theatre https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
