The main writ petition was filed by the present petitioner represented by the erstwhile President one J.Ramabhadran. The said writ petition came to be dismissed by an order of this Court dated 24.01.2020 for non-prosecution.

2. Thereafter, the aforesaid development came to the light of the petitioner Sabha and they wanted to pursue the writ petition. Therefore, they decided to file a restoration petition to restore the main writ petition on the file of this Court.

3. However, in the meanwhile there is a change of guard in the petitioner Sabha, where the erstwhile president is no more the president, in whose place one D.Srinivasan has come in and he is the president of the petitioner Sabha.

4. Because of this change, it became necessitated to make a minor change in the cause title and also the writ petition, if at all is restored, to be persuaded only by the petitioner Sabha represented by the present president viz., D.Srinivasan. Therefore, technically there must be a leave from this Court for the present President to restore the writ petition and to pursue the present writ petition. 5. I have gone through the reasons as has been averred in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and have heard Mr.Naveen Kumar Murthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.NRR.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

6. In view of the aforesaid reasons, this Court is of the view that this petition can be entertained and accordingly this petition is allowed.
