Assistant (Science), quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioner to the post of B.T. Assistant (Science) on the basis of inclusion of her name in the panels drawn for the years 2013 and 2014 respectively with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a time to be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was promoted in the year 2015 and the pay also revised.

2. This being the factum, the grievances of the petitioner was redressed.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
