ORDER
Heard Mrs.AL.Gandthimathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Mr.R.P.Prathapsingh, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 2 and 3.
2. The petitioners have filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondentTASMAC from establishing TASMAC Wine Shop and bar attached at Muthu Nagar, Sengunam Village, Perambalur District, by considering their representation dated 07.04.2018
3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioners and without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioners, there will be a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation after notice to the petitioners and the fourth respondent. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the petitioners' claim and it is open to the first respondent to consider the representation after hearing the petitioners and the fourth respondent in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
