The present contempt petition is filed for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.03.2023 passed in W.P.No.9097 of 2023. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent CMDA made a submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9097 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023 has been complied with. 2/4

3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this case. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved from and out of the order now passed by the authorities, it is left open to the petitioner to initiate appropriate action.
