This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completion of investigation final report has been filed and the same was taken on file in SC.No.2 of 2021 on the file of the Mahila Court, Villupuram. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
