This petition is filed to condone the delay of 182 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 06.09.2018 made in M.C.O.P.No.216 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Judge(MACT), Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Though notice has been served on the respondents and their names have been printed in the cause-list, there is no representation for the respondents either in person or through counsel.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
