ORDER

In response to the direction under order dated 03.04.2023, the Commissioner of Maraimalai Nagar Municipality has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.1083/2022-A1 dated 12.05.2023.

2. With this, there is no necessity for keeping this contempt petition pending any further and recording the same, the contempt petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge order dated 12.05.2023, if he is dis-satisfied with the same, in accordance with law.
