There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even on the last two dates of hearing, i.e., on 27.6.2019 and 6.8.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. In the order dated 6.8.2019, it is reflected that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and so also on the earlier date, i.e., 27.6.2019, there was no representation and hence, the case be posted under the caption

"for dismissal" on 8.8.2019.

As stated earlier, even today there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2014 are closed.
