ORDER
This Contempt Petition arises out of the order dated 25.10.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31167 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents are present.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied the order dated dated 25.10.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31167 of 2024. He further submitted that as per the direction issued by this Court in order dated 25.10.2024 in W.P.No.31167 of 2024, 2nd respondent considered the petitioner's Representation dated 31.07.2024 and passed the order dated 22.11.2024 bearing Moo.Mu.4997/2024/C. He also produced a copy of the order passed by the 2nd respondent before this Court.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 22.11.2024 bearing 2/4
Moo.Mu.4997/2024/C passed by the 2nd respondent and hence, the petitioner is praying this Court to grant liberty to challenge the order passed by the 2nd respondent.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and a copy of the order dated 22.11.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent produced by him, this Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 22.11.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order.
