Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2024 and to directing the respondents Nos. 1 to 3 to sub divide the agricultural pathway and cart track and to mention the pathway in the revenue records for the above stipulated survey number within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first to third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2024 seeking to sub-divide the agricultural pathway and cart track and to mention the pathway in the revenue records within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to third respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without 2/5

expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 24.06.2024 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth to twelfth respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
