Challenging the order dated 05.08.2014 issued by the respondent, the present writ petition filed by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that advertisement period itself was over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
