This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 18.09.2020 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties and conducted enquiry and final orders will be passed in accordance with law within the time limit fixed by this Court.

3. |Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also recording the submissions of the Govt. Advocate, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders in the revision petition within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
