JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the dispute between the appellant and respondent has got settled and they are living together and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. The aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Recording the above, this civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
