O R D E R
This Court, by an order dated 10.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.16824 of 2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a direction to deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.09 of 2024 before the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Further, the petitioner to handover the two wheeler bearing Reg No.TN 37 DK 9254 viz., Royal Enfield to the defacto Complainant and its records and directed to list this matter today for reporting compliance.
2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition 6[d] imposed by this Court and he has also produced the receipt for the same.
3. The scanned copy of the receipt of Rs.2,00,000/- issued by the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the receipt of defacto Complainant acknowledging the handing over of the Royal Enfield Bullet Bike bearing Registration No.TN 37 DK 9254. are also produced hereunder. 2/6

4. In view of the above, the compliance is hereby recorded and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
5. The defacto Complainant is directed to file petition/memo before the 4/6
Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore in Crime No.09 of 2024 and the Court shall dispense with notice to the petitioner and handover the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the defacto Complainant.
