J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants in both the appeals submitted that the matter has been settled before the Execution Court and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the appeals and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the above Appeals are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
