This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner representation dated 15.10.2020 to rectify the irregularities of the scheme for the distribution of Goats/Sheep and extend the benefits to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.10.2020 wherein the petitioner has pointed out serious irregularities and the petitioner wants the respondents to take action based on the representation.

2. Heard M/s.T.Dharani, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate for 1st and 2nd respondent and Mr.K.Mahesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of 3rd respondent.

3. Mr.K.Mahesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner has been taken on file and the petitioner has been called for enquiry on 23.12.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the 3rd respondent will conduct the enquiry and take necessary action in accordance with law.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to enquire the complaint given by the petitioner and take action strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
