Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to pass order for transferring the land comprised in S.No.459/1A, measuring an extent of 1.90.5 hectares in Tholar Village, Tittagudi Taluk, Cuddalore District in favour of 2nd respondent for construction of Primary Health Centre, pursuant to order of sanction of funds made by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.En.1541/A2/2013 dated 23.07.2013, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honourable Court and till such time,
