ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) of the order dated 24.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.12497 of 2025 that the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners 1, 2 and 4 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
