Upon reading the petition, filed herein, the Adjudication order of this court dated the 12th day of September 2002 and the Report of the Learned Official Assignee of this court dated 25.07.2016 and filed herein on 26.07.2016 and Upon hearing the Learned Official Assignee of this court and Mr.J.Balagopal, Advocate for the insolvent appeared herein;

It is ordered as follows:

1. That the order of Adjudication made herein and dated the 12th day of September 2002 against the insolvent T.Balaji Singh be and hereby is annulled.

2. That the assets, of the insolvents to the credit of this estate, do continue to vest with the Learned Official Assignee.
