ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a writ of certiorari, to call for the records in proceedings M.M.No.3499/13/A2 dated 21.11.2013, on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the subsequent development made as per the proceedings of the District Collector, Coimbatore, dated 31.12.2013, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, he has sought for withdrawal of the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
