PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 2 to consider representation of the petitioner dated 19.9.2014 and forbear them from harassing the petitioner and other by arresting any person without intimating to their relatives, Local Police Station and without producing before the Local Judicial Magistrate under whose jurisdiction the persons were arrested as the same is violative to principles of natural justice under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
