ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 29.06.2021 in W.P.No.31913 of 2019 directed the respondent/Tahsildar to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to all the CoSharers and pass suitable orders within a period of eight weeks. Alleging that the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent/Tahsildar has conducted enquiry and passed order in and by proceedings dated 22.11.2021 in Na.Ka.e1/3651/2019 and hence, the order passed by this Court has been complied with. He has also produced the copy of the above proceedings.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
