This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1176 of 2020, dated 23.05.2020, on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent authority.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in the case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ambattur, and the case has been taken up in C.C.No.127 of 2020. He would further submit that, notice has also been served on the petitioner/de facto complainant.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law.
