ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the respondent police as "Avadi City Crime Branch ( Land Dispute Team-3) instead of Avadi City Crime Branch Team L.D4 Police Station and the Crime Number as 23 of 2025 instead of 19 of 2025 in order dated 22.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2163 of 2025.

2.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.2163 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2163 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025.
