Comp.A.No59 of 2026 in CP.Nos.54 of 2015 K.KUMARESH BABU.J., This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1946 days in filing the proof of claim under Form 66 with the Official Liquidator of M/s.Achievers Agri India (P) Limited, (In liquidation).

2. Ms.B.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator would submit that she has no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned Official Liquidator appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
