A Joint Memo of Compromise dated 02.12.2019 has been filed by the petitioner and the respondent stating that the respondent has agreed to withdraw the H.M.O.P. No.88 of 2019 and M.C. No.18 of 2018 pending on the files of the Sub Court, Vaniyambadi and the Judicial Magistrate-III, Tirupathur. The petitioner and the respondent have agreed to exchange the gold articles given at the time of marriage before the Family Court, Bangalore when the respondent comes forward to give consent for the divorce petition.

2.In terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 02.12.2019, the Transfer C.M.P. is disposed of. Consequently, C.M.P. No.14928 of 2019 is closed. Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the order. No costs.
