O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose the written representation dated 06.04.2019 given by the petitioner by conducting an enquiry within a time frame.

2. In the representation dated 06.04.2019, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of the registered sale deeds and for a direction to the registering authority not to register any sale deeds.

3. The prayer sought for in the representation dated 06.04.2019 cannot be granted for the reason that thee remedy open to the petitioner is only to file a Civil Suit before the competent Civil Court. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to file a Civil Suit seeking for appropriate relief.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
