This petition has been filed to restore the case in Crl.O.P.No.22785 of 2018 which was dismissed for Non Prosecution dated 18.03.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow the petition and the same is allowed and the order of dismissal passed on 18.03.2018 is set aside and the Crl.O.P.No.22785 of 2018 is restored to file.
