Cont.Pet.No.1362 of 2021 2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that when the enquiry had to take place, the petitioner refused to sign the statement which the authority has recorded.

3.Without getting into the merit of the controversy now raised, this Court now requires the Contempt Petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the Tashildar if he feels aggrieved about the same before the Appellate authority constituted. He is now required to file an appeal within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
