By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent not to proceed with the enquiry in furtherance of the summons issued by him in Na.Ka.25/2024/A2 dated 16.05.2024, pending disposal of the civil suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.72 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Additional Sub-Court at Hosur.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that despite the pendency of the civil suit on the basis of the fourth respondent's 2/4

application, the summons has been issued for mutation of revenue records and he has also given objections in this regard. Hence, he seeks a direction. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the objections of the petitioner dated 20.05.2024 particularly taking note that the civil suit is pending between the parties and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
