2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner contended that as per the orders of this Court, dated 10.07.2023, he surrendered R.C. Book to the Judicial Magistrate I, Chengalpattu on 17.07.2023 and the same is recorded.

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate I, Chengalpattu is directed to return the vehicle bearing Registration No. TN-18-AS8271 to the revision petitioner provided he fulfills all other conditions laid down by this Court.
