2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.23156 and 23158 of 202 are closed. W.M.P.No.23154 of 2026 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed, subject to payment of separate court-fee within two weeks.
