ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2013, within a period, as fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent was settled before the Lok Adalat and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.12.2022 mst To 2/4
