ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondent herein for her willful and deliberate intention, not to obey the Page No.1 of 3

order dated 29.06.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31914 of 2019.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the prayer sought for in this contempt petition has been complied with as per the order in Na.Ka.E1/3650/2019 dated 04.10.2021 by granting patta in favour of the petitioner herein regarding the Survey No.267/1D measuring to an extent of 0.19.00 Ares has been sub divided as per the proceedings in T.R.No.2019/07/13/000176SD dated 11.10.2019. Subsequently, in Survey No.267/D2 0.02.6 Ares, joint patta has been issued in favour of the petitioner and Mr.Kannan and with regard to the Survey No.267/D1 measuring to an extent of 0.16.40 Ares land, patta has been granted in favour of the petitioner. Whereas, the land in Survey No.266/1A measuring to an extent of 0.37.0 Ares 0.5 3/4, 0.10 Cents cannot be sub-divided as per the petitioner's request and the same has been rejected vide letter dated 29.01.2020.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition shall stands closed.
