Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining impugned Order passed by the 3rd respondent vide dated 26.06.2018 vide No.510/Health/H5/NEET/2018-UG/2018-19/69 and the consecutive proceedings dated 27.06.2018 vide No.808/Health/H5/UG/20182019/20 and proceedings vide No.808/Health/H5/UG/2018-2019 dated 29.06.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents not to insist upon any seat sharing for the Government quota seats in the petitioner institution unilaterally, since no consensus has been arrived for seat sharing between the petitioner institution and the state. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
