Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records from the office of the second

respondent, to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent herein dated 20.02.2016 in SAP PO No.24660108 cancelled the contract which was awarded to the petitioner dated 02.02.2016. For the Petitioner : Mr.K.Senthil for M/s.Kumar and Baskar For the Respondents : Mr.B.Gautham for M/s.DUA Associates for respondents 1 & 2 No Appearance for respondent 3

ORDER

The order impugned dated 20.02.2016, terminating the catering contract award to the writ petitioner, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. Admittedly, the period of contract expires and more so, there is an arbitration clause in the agreement. Thus, the case do not exist for adjudication of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. If any grievance exist with reference to the terms and conditions, the petitioner has to invoke the arbitration clause in the manner known to law.

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.7463 to 7465 of 2016 is also closed.
