The writ petitioner submitted a Original Petition before the third respondent-District Registrar to cancel the Sale Deed dated 30.04.2010. The said Original Petition was submitted by the writ petitioner to the third respondent-District Registrar on 06.08.2013.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has given a change of vakalat and handed over the case papers to the writ petitioner. However, the petitioner has not made any arrangement to represent the case either through a counsel or in person.
3. Since the Original Petition was submitted before the third respondent in the year 2013 and 10 years have lapsed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the third respondent if the Original Petition is not disposed of or submit a fresh Original Petition, if any grievance exists as of now.
