Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to initiate necessary action on petitioner's application to point out field Boundary Line dated 21.02.2014 for the house site situate in S.No.513/9 (Old S.No.318/2) Pallipalayam Revenue Village, Thiruchengode Taluk measuring an extent of 0.0135.0 sq.metre within a time frame fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to initiate necessary action on petitioner's application to point out field Boundary Line dated 21.02.2014 for the house site situated in S.No.513/9 (Old S.No.318/2) Pallipalayam Revenue Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, measuring an extent of 0.0135.0 sq.metre within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner's father was allotted house site patta in his name by the Natham Settlement Officer, vide Patta No.1288, dated 29.12.1995. Thereafter, the petitioner's father constructed a house and lived there and after the demise of her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parents, the petitioner and her sister alone being the legal heirs, and approached the respondents to measure the said property and lay boundary stone for their property. In accordance with the patta and they have also paid requisite fees and even then, the first respondent did not act on their application.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's house site property in S.No.513/9 (Old S.No.318/2) Pallipalayam Revenue Village, Thiruchengode Taluk as per patta No.1288, dated 29.12.1995 and fix boundary within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
