(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 28.07.2021 made in CMP No.1337 of 2021 in Crime No.569 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sulur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition was filed seeking for return of vehicle and now the said vehicle has been confiscated and thereby, the petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
