Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and finally two weeks time is extended to the petitioner for complying with the condition as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the present order copy made ready. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to comply with the said condition, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner would automatically dismissed. The respondent is at liberty to secure the petitioner, if necessary, in accordance with law.
