The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent made a submission that the petitioner seeks patta in respect of the Government Poramboke land situated in Survey No.1096.

2. The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition itself reveals that the subject property is a Government Poramboke land. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
