JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents have appeared before this Court along with their respective parties and they have jointly submitted that the matter is amicably settled out between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. Accordingly, both the parties have entered into a joint compromise memo dated 23.02.2026.

2. This Court perused the Mediation Report and the joint compromise memo entered between the parties. The Mediation Report along with the joint compromise memo is recorded. Registry is directed to keep the joint compromise memo as part and parcel of this Judgment.

3. Accordingly, the Second appeal is disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo dated 23.02.2026. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
