ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the application number 2024/0123/18/002513 of the petitioner dated 14.05.2024 to survey the petitioners land measuring 12.60 cents comprised in Survey No. 90/4D1 situated at Kotteri Village, Kammapuram Panchayat, Mangalampettai, Virudachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District and another measuring with an extent of 0.01 cents comprised in Survey No. 90/4D2 at Kotteri Village, Kammapuram Panchayat, Mangalampettai, Virudachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 14.05.2024 with a request for survey, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 14.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
