This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 279 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons illegally transported banned tobacco products which is worth about five lakhs. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
