Company Application No.208 of 2019 in Company Petition No.228 of 1998 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., This Company Application is filed seeking (a) to take this report on record; (b) to permit the Official Liquidator to adjudicate the claims of 161 workmen creditors based on the details provided by EPF Organisation, as mentioned in Para 7 of this report; (c) to direct that the cost of this application do come out of the funds available to the credit of the company in liquidation.

2. Heard the learned Deputy Official Liquidator for the applicant.

3. Having regard to the fact that no other documents are forthcoming to adjudicate the claim of the workmen, the learned Deputy Official Liquidator is permitted to adjudicate the claim of the workmen, as per the details available in EPF Organisation.

4. This Application is ordered accordingly.
