This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 18.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3463 of 2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned counsel on either side that, the order under contempt has been complied with. In compliance of the order of this Court, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents produced a copy of the proceedings vide Ref.No.AB2/14120/2021, dated 19.03.2022, passed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Forest Force), Chennai. 3.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioners are aggrieved by the proceedings of the Principal Chief Page No.3 of 4

Conservator of Forests, Chennai, it is open to them to challenge the same in accordance with law.
