ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue appointment order to the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher based on the Teachers Recruitment Training conducted by Teachers Recruitment Board and Teachers Eligibility Test Certificate issued to her in the vacancies existed without combining the candidates who appeared for the TET Exam in August 2013.

2. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. On the other hand, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. However, this Court perused the documents enclosed in the typed set of papers, which revealed that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 27.05.2013 to the first respondent for the very same relief as claimed in this writ petition. Therefore, this Court finds it appropriate to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the said representation.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.05.2013, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
