Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 23.04.2025 and cancel the unilateral cancellation of settlement deed by the fourth respondent, without the knowledge of the petitioner's deceased husband, dated 31.01.2011 registered as Doc.No.372/2011, at the Office of the Sub-Registration District of Vanur and Registration District of Villupuram and the subsequent Sale Deed dated 24.02.2011 registered as Doc.No.977/2011, Book I, at the Office of the Sub-Registration District of Vanur and Registration District of Villupuram executed by the fourth Page No.1 of 4

respondent herein to in favour of the fifth respondent in respect of the property in Ayan Punjai Survey No.38/1, Re-Survey N.14/60.76:14-9-1.09.0, measuring an extent of Acre 2.12 cents out of Acre 4.90 Cents (1540 Sq. Ft.) at Thiruchitrambalam Village, Vanur Union, bearing Plot Nos.21 and 22.

ORDER
