Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.693/Ni/2019 dated 11.11.2020 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to restore the petitioner to his original posting of Pharmacist (Siddha) in Government Primary Health Centre, Malliakarai, Salem District with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.693/Ni/2019 dated 11.11.2020 and to quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to restore the petitioner to his original posting of Pharmacist (Siddha) in Government Primary Health Centre, Malliakarai, Salem District with all consequential and other attendant benefits.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that petitioner has been reinstated in service by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.693/Ni/2019 dated 04.01.2021.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also perused the said proceedings and he has not controverted the same.
4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
